Black paper inserts for photographic light box

I laser cut the following pieces from 160 gsm black paper from the Art & Hobby shop (€3.99 for 40 sheets):

The settings I used on our 30 W Epilog Mini Helix laser cutter were as follows:

Speed: 100%
Power: 25%
Frequency: 500 Hz

That cut nicely with a small amount of smoke and no flame. I had the nozzle quenching air pump running throughout.
